What can I expect from Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?

Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Vincent van Gogh and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!

Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 60 to 75 minutes.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, there is a bar at the end of the experience where food and beverage is served.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes.

Will there be a cloakroom?

No.

Can I eat or drink inside of the exhibition?

With the exception of water, no food nor drinks are allowed during and inside the exhibition.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

This event is recommended for all ages.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive on time for your time slot. Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Can I smoke or vape?

No.

Is alcohol permitted at the experience?

No.

What do I do if I have any questions about accessibility / special accommodations?

The Van Gogh exhibition is accessible to wheelchairs and pram friendly, the people with disabilities or with strollers can enter downstairs via the bar and the shop. Please contact us and we will advise on how we can best assist you.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes.

Are you conducting any bag searches to access the experience?

To ensure the safety of everyone in the experience, our security team might ask to conduct bag searches to the guests.

Is there Parking on site?

There are different car parks close to the venue:
  • Interparking Brussels - Parking Grand Place (Rue du Marché Aux Herbes 104)
  • BePark - Parking Gare Bruxelles-Centre (Rue Duquesnoy 5)
  • Parking théatre - theater (Bd de l'Impératrice 56)

TICKETS

Where can I get tickets?
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience in Brussels can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
What are the different ticket types and options?

Standard Admission - includes entry to the experience

  • Adult (ages 13+)
  • Child (ages 4–12)
  • Senior (65+), Student (13–26)
  • Family Bundle (min. 3 people, of which max. 2 adults)
  • Group Bundle (min. 9 people)

VIP Admission - includes entry to the exhibition, entry to the VR experience* with skip-the-line and a poster

  • VIP Adult (ages 13+)
  • VIP Child (4–12)

*For Standard Access only ticket holders, entry to the VR experience can be purchased separately on site

Can I purchase VR tickets on-site?
Yes, any attendee can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site, but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access to it.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?"
If you can't make it to the session you booked, simply open the app and check your ticket. If your ticket permits rescheduling, you'll be able to pick a different date and time within the ticket section of the app.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Do you offer group discounts?
Discounts for groups and schools with a minimum of 20 people. Contact us at info@kimochi.be
Do carers have free entry to the experience?
Yes, absolutely!

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
