This was one of the most amazing art experiences that I have had in long time. I took my daughter because I was concerned about traffic and parking and we did not have to worry about any of that. I was overwhelmed about the visual effects of the exhibits. Most certainly worth getting the VIP tickets. I would do all over again!!

What can I expect from Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?

Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Vincent van Gogh and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!

Where is the experience located?

The venue will be at Lampo Scalo Farini, Via Valtellina, 5. The venue is approximately 7 minutes walking distance from the main entrance (opposite Siggy Cafe) at Via Valtellina. Once you enter the grounds of Lampo Scalo Farini please keep left.

You can arrive via metro Monumentale and Maciachini are the closest stations (15 minutes walking to the venue). There is no parking available on site but public parking is available outside the Lampo Scalo Farini area.

Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The experience takes approximately 60 minutes but you are welcome to stay as long as you want.

Is there an audio guide available?

Audio guides are not available but there is an app that you will be able to download upon arrival that walks you though the exhibition and allows you to enjoy the experience. It will be available in Italian and English.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

There will be deckchairs in the hall for visitors to use while watching the exhibition.

ACCESS

Do I need to wear a mask?

Masks are not required at the event as per current COVID guidelines (subject to change if the government guidelines change).

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.

Can I bring animals?

No this event is not pet friendly, service animals are allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome! Children under the age of 4 can visit free of charge and minors under the age of 12 need to be accompanied by adults.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Is there parking available?

There is no parking available in front of the venue. There are various public parking spaces outside the Lampo Scalo Farini grounds, which are approximately 7-10 minutes walking distance from the venue itself. There is a shuttle available for all guests get to the venue entrance from Via Valtellina, 5. If you have any accessibility concerns please do reach out to our team via hello@feverup.com.

This venue is wheelchair accessible. There is free parking available next to the venue entrance for disabled ticket holders.

How can I arrive?

The metro lines that take you to Lampo Scalo Farini are the M3 and M5. and The closest stations are Milano Lancetti, Monumentale and Maciachini. The walk to the venue is approximately 15 minutes. is the closest train station.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Weapons, drugs, outside food & beverage.

Is the venue easily accessible?

The venue is easily accessible with a stroller or a wheelchair via a ramp. Accessible facilities such as toilets will be provided as well.

Do you offer free tickets for carers?

For people with disabilities who fall under the law n. 104 pay the reduced price, while the accompanying person is entitled to free admission.

It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance, tickets onsite will be dependent on capacity and availability. No cash payments are allowed.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

If you can't make it to the session you booked, simply open the app and check your ticket. If your ticket permits rescheduling, you'll be able to pick a different date and time within the ticket section of the app.

Do children under 4 have to pay for a ticket?

Children under 4 years old enter for free and you don’t need to buy a ticket.

Are there any specific COVID-19 rules to attend this experience?

As official local health guidelines evolve regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, we may enforce vaccinations and/or require masks. To attend this experience mask use will not be mandatory nor COVID-19 vaccination will be required to attend the experience. Regardless, we highly encourage all attendees to wear masks.

Can children do VR alone?

Yes.

What should I wear to Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?

There is no dress code, but since the experience typically lasts around an hour, we recommend comfortable shoes and clothes.
