What can I expect from Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?

Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 90 minutes.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?
This event is recommended for all ages. However, please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams, and it doesn't have baby changing facilities.
Will I be able to store my pushchair onsite?
Please bear in mind that the experience has very limited space for pushchairs therefore the venue may not be able to grant access if they are unable to store them, particularly during school holiday periods.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Can I smoke or vape?
No.
Is alcohol permitted at the experience?
No.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.
What do I do if I have any questions about accessibility / special accommodations?
The Van Gogh exhibition is only wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, which gives access to the Tea Station, Gift Shop and the Immersive Room & toilets (not wheelchair friendly). This access area will have booklets available both online and in printed formats with all pictures and articles displayed in the gallery, alongside a link to watch the documentary. We also have VR headsets available and printouts to colour just like the activities on other rooms. Please contact us and we will advise on how we can best assist you.
Do you have toilets?
We have step-free toilets but not any specific disabled toilets, the nearest disabled toilet is opposite in Spitalfields Market.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers are welcomed at the exhibition with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket. Here are a few of the documents we accept:
- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
- Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
- CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.
- A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

Where can I get tickets?
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience in London can only be purchased on
Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
What are the different ticket options and prices?
Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket options:
Standard Access:
- Adult
- Child (4-12 y.o.)
- Family Pass: 2 adults + 2 children
- Additional Child (for Family Pass)
- Senior (65+), Student (13 to 26), or NHS
VIP Access - Includes entry to the exhibition, entry to the VR experience with skip-the-line, and a Starry Night poster.
- VIP Adult
- VIP Child (4 to 12 y.o.)
For Standard Access only ticket holders, entry to the VR experience can be purchased separately on site.
Can I purchase VR tickets on-site?
Yes, any attendee can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site, but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access to it. VR headsets are not recommended for those with magnetic hearing aids and guests with a pacemaker will not be able to experience the VR portion of this event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
If you can't make it to the session you booked, simply open the app and check your ticket. If your ticket permits rescheduling, you'll be able to pick a different date and time within the ticket section of the app.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I make a group booking or book a private event?
We offer special pricing for schools, educational groups (10+ people) and large groups (25+ people). We also offer private bookings. Please reserve your tickets here.
For groups with fewer than 25 people seeking regular tickets (not private), please purchase tickets directly on Fever.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

There is no dress code, but since the experience typically lasts around an hour, we recommend comfortable shoes and clothes.
