I've never been to a Van Gogh exhibition that was so immersive with media art, and it really put me in the shoes of the artist.
It was a very fun exhibition for both children and adults. It was not too serious and there were many experiential paintings, so I had a wonderful time!
I love the feeling of being overwhelmed by 360-degree digital video!
See the best paintings and take a trip inside Van Gogh's paintings to feel what he was feeling and befriend him.
It was great to see a different exhibit, and the almond blossoms were absolutely mesmerizing.
It was even more immersive than the immersive exhibition I saw on Jeju Island, so I definitely recommend going.

What can I expect from Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?

Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Vincent van Gogh and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!

Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 60 minutes

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes.

Will there be a cloakroom?

No.

Can I eat or drink inside of the exhibition?

With the exception of water, no food nor drinks are allowed during and inside the exhibition.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

This event is recommended for all ages. Also, we have baby changing facilities.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Do children need to pay for a ticket?

Children under 4 years old do not need a ticket to access the exhibition.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official standalone tickets for Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience in Seoul can only be purchased on Fever.

Can I purchase VR tickets on-site?

Yes, any attendee can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site, but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access to it.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

Please use the ticket resheduling function in the app to schedule at your convenience at least 48hrs prior to the original session.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Do you offer group discounts?

For group bookings, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type).

Do carers have free entry to the experience?

Yes, absolutely! Bring necessary documents and our staff will guide you at the entrance.

Yes, you may use the parking lot available at Gwangmyeong GIDC up to 2 hours.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
