Such an exciting way to spend an evening. I'd highly recommend, if you can get tickets! I suppose we'll just have to hope that they extend the run, so more friends can come from out of town to visit me and the exhibition! This was one of the most amazing art experiences that I have had in long time. I took my daughter because I was concerned about traffic and parking and we did not have to worry about any of that. I was overwhelmed about the visual effects of the exhibits. Most certainly worth getting the VIP tickets. I would do all over again!!

I can’t tell you guys how incredible this is. Please run, don’t walk here! I would come more than once because there is so much to see and absorb.
Framed samples of some of Van Gogh’s work serve as an appetizer for the rich banquet that awaits beyond the final landing of the stairwell. Once on the exhibition floor, the visitor is greeted by a larger-than-life bust of the artist himself, with the swirling brushstrokes of color as the backdrop.
You can actually be a part of creating some of Van Gogh’s work, take a walk in his life- really it’s just an incredible experience here.

What can I expect from Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?

Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Vincent van Gogh and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!

Where is the experience located?

The venue will be at 1345 N. Montebello Boulevard, Montebello, California

You can arrive via Pomona Fwy by car or by Bus. lines 287 and 106. There is parking available at the venue.

Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes! Come escape the heat and experience the magic of Immersive Art.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 60 to 75 minutes.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there won't be strobe lights.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

You can find soft drinks, water, and grab-n-go snack items to buy on site.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes, there will be an opportunity to buy exclusive merchandise at the experience.

This event is recommended for all ages.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following time slots.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Can I smoke or vape?

No, smoke or vaping is not permitted.

Is alcohol permitted at the experience?

No, alcohol is not permitted.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, you can find spotless restrooms that are cleaned regularly on-site.

The Van Gogh exhibition is accessible to wheelchairs. Please contact us and we will advise on how we can best assist you.

Will we have ASL interpreters? or what options will be available for deaf people?

We have an App that can be downloaded that provides all text for the experience.

Is there Parking on site?

There is no parking available in front of the venue. There are various public parking spaces outside the venue grounds, which are approximately 7-10 minutes walking distance from the venue itself.

It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance, tickets onsite will be dependent on capacity and availability.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience in Atlanta can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

What are the different ticket options and prices?

Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket types:

Standard Access - includes entry to the exhibition

Adult (ages 13+)
Child (ages 4 to 12)
Family Bundle (min. 4 people, of which max. 2 adults)
Senior (65+), Student (13 to 26) or Military
Group Bundle (min. 8 people) - enjoy a 10% discount on ticket price

VIP Access - Includes entry to the exhibition, entry to the VR experience* with skip-the-line, and a poster of your choice.

VIP Adult (ages 13+)
VIP Child (ages 4 to 12)

*Premium Flex Entry VIP - includes full access to the experience at any time on your selected date, entry to the VR experience with skip-the-line, and a poster of your choice.

Ticket prices will start at $29.90 for adults and $17.90 for children. Free entry for children under 4 years old.

Can I purchase VR tickets on-site?

Yes, any attendee can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site, but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out with at least 48h. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Do you offer group discounts?

You can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill out the group form.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed at the experience, except for service dogs.
