This is a must see experience for art lovers or not art lovers. Deep dive into Van Gogh's life and feel his spirit bursting out of his paintings. You're left with dreamy impressions and awe for Vincent's genius and personal torment. The immense production work behind the scenes of this show was completely amazing and was clearly a labor of love. Incredible computer graphics and sensitivity to the artist's vision. The virtual reality 3D experience was mind-blowing to say the least. I wanted to stay there! The staff at the Arlington TX was super cool and welcoming. I would love to go see it again before it leaves!

SO COOL! I am grateful I booked us tickets as early as I did! The entire exhibit was incredible. The projection room, we could have spent hours in there. The staggered ticket times were really great. There was never cluttering of people or not enough space. Truly amazing. The VR was exceptional.

Globe Life Park was the home of the Texas Rangers baseball team from 1994-2019, before they made the move to their new home. Reconfigured at the conclusion of the 2019 season, Globe Life Park is now a popular multipurpose sports & entertainment facility that is sure to impress guests with its updated amenities and fully-customizable event spaces.

Located 15 mins away from the center of Dallas, from Aug 19th onwards, Globe Life Park will host the Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience in one of its largest event spaces.

What can I expect from Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?

Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Vincent van Gogh and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!

The event will take place at Choctaw Stadium (formerly Globe Life Park), 1090 Ballpark Way, Arlington, TX 76011.

The visit will take around 60 to 75 minutes.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes.

What's the Van Gogh Online Studio, and how can I have access to it?

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

This event is recommended for all ages. However, please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams, and it doesn't have baby changing facilities.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Can I smoke or vape?

No.

Is alcohol permitted at the experience?

No.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes.

What do I do if I have any questions about accessibility / special accommodations?

Whereas the rest of the exhibition is wheelchair accessible, due to technical problems with elevators, the main immersive room is not accessible by wheelchair at this moment. If you need ADA access please contact us and we’ll reallocate your tickets to future dates.

Is there parking nearby?

Special parking is available for our guests for $10.0, but only in Parking Lot E, which is very close to our exhibit entrance. You can find a map of the parking here.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience in Dallas can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

What are the different ticket options and prices?

Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket options:

Standard Access:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday:

Adult
Child (4-12 y.o.)
Family Pass: 2 adults + 2 children
Additional Child (for Family Pass)
Senior (65+ y.o.), Student (13 to 26 y.o.) or Military

VIP Access - Includes entry to the exhibition, entry to the VR experience with skip-the-line, and a Starry Night poster.

Ticket prices will start at $36.00 for adults and $19.90 for children.
Free entry for children under 4 years old.
For Standard Access only ticket holders, entry to the VR experience can be purchased separately on site.

Can I purchase VR tickets on-site?

Yes, any attendee can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site, but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access to it.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out with at least 48h. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Do you offer group discounts?

For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.

Should I wear a mask?

For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are mandatory within the experience for everyone.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Are there any specific COVID-19 rules to attend this experience?

As official local health guidelines evolve regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, we may enforce vaccinations and/or require masks. To attend this experience mask use will not be mandatory nor COVID-19 vaccination will be required to attend the experience. Regardless, we highly encourage all attendees to wear masks.
