The Experience

What can I expect from Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience? Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Vincent Van Gogh and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!
Where is the experience located? Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience vindt plaats in de Jaarbeurs, Hal 5 op het Jaarbeursplein 6, 3521 AL Utrecht, Nederland
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last? The visit will take around 60-90 minutes.
Will there be strobe lights? No, there will not be strobe lights..
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes, there will be merchandise for sale.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people? Yes, it is accessible for deaf people.

Access

Is there parking at the venue? Is it free? There are multiple parking lots next to the venue. Those parking spots are paid.
Is this a kid-friendly environment? This event is recommended for all ages. However, please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams, and it doesn't have baby changing facilities.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible? The venue is wheelchair accessible.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late? Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Flash photography, alcohol, smoking or anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Can I smoke or vape? No, smoking or vaping is not allowed.
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes, there will be restrooms available on site.
Can I bring animals? No, only service animals are allowed.
Are service dogs allowed? Yes.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired? Unfortunately, the exhibition has a very strong visual component, so we don’t recommend it for those who are visually impaired.
Can children do VR alone? The hosts will consider case by case, but if the headset fits the child’s head size, there shouldn’t be any problem in doing the experience alone.
Is there a minimum weight? There’s no minimum weight for any part of the exhibition.
Can I wear glasses? Glasses are suitable for the VR headset.
Is there an audio guide? There’s no audio guide available.

Where can I get tickets?
What are the official sellers for this experience? Official tickets for Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
What are the different ticket options?

Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket options:

Standard Admission: includes entry to the experience

  • Adult
  • Child (4-12 y.o.)
  • Family Pass: 2 adults + 2 children
  • Senior (65+ y.o.), Student (13 to 26 y.o.)

 

VIP Admission: Includes entry to the exhibition, entry to the VR experience with skip-the-line, and a poster of your choice.

  • VIP Adult
  • VIP Child (4 to 12 y.o.)

Free entry for children under 4 years old.

For Standard Access only ticket holders, entry to the VR experience can be purchased separately on site.

Can I purchase VR tickets on-site? Yes, any attendee can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site, but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access to it.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I purchase a ticket at the door? Yes, you can purchase a ticket at the door but depending on availability, we recommend you purchase your ticket online to reduce potential wait times.
Do children need to pay for a ticket? Free entry for children under 4 years old.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Do you offer group discounts? For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.

Miscellaneous

Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
