Built in 1954, this spacious warehouse is located in the SODO district of downtown Seattle, near the iconic T-Mobile Park.
Like other buildings in the area—which over the years has become a neighborhood of artists' lofts, warehouse-style retail stores, and an assortment of other businesses—1750 Occidental Avenue South will be transformed into a stunning art gallery for this occasion. The exhibition inside will be taking over a space of 44,000 square feet and will be decked out floor to ceiling with the latest technology, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the world of Van Gogh.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

This event is recommended for all ages. However, please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams, and it doesn't have baby changing facilities.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

What are the different ticket options and prices?

Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket types:

Standard Access - includes entry to the exhibition

Adult
Child (4 to 12)
Family Bundle (min. 4 people, of which max. 2 adults)
Senior (65+), Student (13 to 26), or Military
Group Bundle (min. 15 people) - enjoy a 10% discount on ticket price

VIP Access - includes entry to the exhibition, entry to the VR experience* with skip-the-line, and a poster of your choice.

VIP Child (ages 4–12)

Ticket prices will start at $36.20 for adults and $19.90 for children.
Free entry for children under 4 years old.

*For Standard Access only ticket holders, entry to the VR experience can be purchased separately on-site.

Can I purchase VR tickets on-site?

Yes, any attendee can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site, but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access to it.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out with at least 48h. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

If you can't make it to the session you booked, simply open the app and check your ticket. If your ticket permits rescheduling, you'll be able to pick a different date and time within the ticket section of the app.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Do you offer group discounts?

For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.

How do I pay for parking when I arrive?

Easy Contactless Parking. When you arrive, locate the QR code that is posted on signs throughout the parking lot. Use your smartphone to activate the QR code to pay for parking. You will need your license plate and credit card to secure payment.No Smartphone? No worries. Look for the PayByPhone sign and call the number to pay for parking.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
