I went with my daughter and granddaughter and we had a fantastic time. The exhibit was very informative without being an encyclopedia of information yay. It was very engaging we got to color in his paintings and see how he would see them. I must say the virtual 3D exhibit was outstanding what a great time we had.

The Immersive Experience is a lovely visit for anyone looking to take a break from academics, or to try something unique when compared to anything they’ve been to before. It’s a romantic date spot, a charming time for friends and family, or even a nice pocket of solace for one to get away and just exist within and amongst the art.
Visitors get immersed directly into the paintings themselves and become the eyes of van Gogh, an element that differentiates this experience from other similarly immersive exhibits.
From watching Van Gogh’s paintings come alive and off their canvases in a virtual gallery (his Two Crabs painting becomes many crabs at one point, crawling over the walls and along the floor) to being enveloped in a field of sunflowers which rise weightless into the sky, the visual experience is quite simply, breathtaking.

What can I expect from Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?

The event will take place at The Tower Theatre, S 69th St &, Ludlow St, Upper Darby, 19082. Get directions.

Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 60 to 75 minutes.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes.

ACCESS

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

This event is recommended for all ages. However, please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams, and it doesn't have baby changing facilities.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience in Philadelphia can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

What are the different ticket options and prices?

Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket types:

Standard Access - includes entry to the exhibition

Adult
Child (4 to 12)
Family Bundle (min. 4 people, of which max. 2 adults)
Senior (65+), Student (13 to 26), or Military
Group Bundle (min. 15 people) - enjoy a 10% discount on ticket price

VIP Access - Includes entry to the exhibition, entry to the VR experience* with skip-the-line, and a poster of your choice.

VIP Child (4 to 12)

Ticket prices will start at $34.90 for adults and $19.90 for children.
Free entry for children under 4 years old.

*For Standard Access only ticket holders, entry to the VR experience can be purchased separately on-site.

Can I purchase VR tickets on-site?

Yes, any attendee can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site, but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access to it.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out with at least 48h. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Do you offer group discounts?

For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.

Are there any specific COVID-19 rules to attend this experience?

As official local health guidelines evolve regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, we may enforce vaccinations and/or require masks. To attend this experience mask use will not be mandatory nor COVID-19 vaccination will be required to attend the experience. Regardless, we highly encourage all attendees to wear masks.

What should I wear to Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?

Since the experience typically lasts around one hour we recommend comfortable shoes, there is however no dress code - whatever makes you feel comfortable to ensure that you can fully enjoy the experience!
