Instruktioner

Køb af billetter vil altid ske gennem en registreret bruger. Din registrering giver dig også adgang til det private kundeområde, hvor du identificerer dig selv med dit brugernavn og din adgangskode. I dette område kan du:

• Se status for dine køb.

• Ændre dine reservationer, så længe der endnu ikke er betalt for dem.

• Betale for dine reservationer.

• Udskrive udstedelsesnotaterne igen.

Betaling af reservationen skal ske 7 dage før besøget, ellers annulleres reservationen automatisk. Billetter kan købes mellem 7 dage og 24 timer før besøget, men i dette tilfælde kan der ikke foretages nogen reservation, og billetterne skal betales med det samme. Grupper skal vise præsentationsbrevet fra deres institution på billetkontoret og være i følgeskab med lærere eller vejledere. De, der har betalt det samlede beløb, får tilsendt et udstedelsesnotat som PDF-fil til den oplyste e-mailadresse. De, der kun har foretaget reservationen, modtager en bekræftelsesmail.

GENERAL FAQS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event? It is recommended that you buy tickets in advance, tickets onsite will be dependent on capacity and availability.
Which is the payment policy? You can pay your booking up to 7 days before your visit. If the payment is still pending after that period the booking will be canceled.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

LARGE GROUPS

Do you offer a group discount? For groups under 25 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 25, please fill the groups form.
Is there a minimum of attendees for the booking? Yes, there is a minimum of 25 attendees for large group bookings

SCHOOLS

Do you offer school discounts? We offer school discounts. Also you can also book for free one teacher every 10 students.
