What can I expect from Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?
Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Vincent van Gogh and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!

The venue will be at Exhibition Hub Richmond Art Center, 12151 W Broad St, Henrico, VA 23233.
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60 to 90 minutes at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase grab-and-go snacks and soft drinks at the venue.
Is there parking available?
There will be free parking available.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality; please check if your ticket includes it.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, guns, and anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Can I smoke or vape?
No.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available?
Items may be stored with reception for an added fee of $5.00/item.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 4 years old will be allowed in for free.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Can I make a group booking or book a private event?
We offer special pricing for schools, educational groups (10+ people) and large groups (25+ people). We also offer private bookings. Please reserve your tickets here.
For groups with fewer than 25 people seeking regular tickets (not private), please purchase tickets directly on Fever.

Is there air conditioning?
Yes the venue is air conditioned.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, there will be chairs available if needed.
Are there cloakrooms / lockers available on site?
No, there is no cloak room available on site.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality. This will be included in the VIP tickets and will be available to purchase on site, subject to availability.
Can the virtual reality experience be uncomfortable or unsuitable for certain people?
Virtual reality provides a reliable and enjoyable experience, but it may be uncomfortable for some individuals. It's not recommended for those with claustrophobia and/or vertigo.
People prone to motion sickness may also experience discomfort when using a VR headset. This might lead to symptoms like drowsiness, increasing the risk of injury during real-world activities.
It is not recommended for people with magnetic hearing aids, guests with a pacemaker or epilepsy.
Can I wear glasses?
Yes, people who wear glasses can experience our expedition in virtual reality. Our staff will be on hand to show them how to position the headset correctly.
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Children under 4 years of age do not need a ticket and will be granted entry on site.
Are prams allowed?
Yes prams are allowed.
