Such an exciting way to spend an evening. I'd highly recommend, if you can get tickets! I suppose we'll just have to hope that they extend the run, so more friends can come from out of town to visit me and the exhibition in! This was one of the most amazing art experiences that I have had in long time. I took my daughter because I was concerned about traffic and parking and we did not have to worry about any of that. I was overwhelmed about the visual effects of the exhibits. Most certainly worth getting the VIP tickets. I would do all over again!!

Built in 1860 when the artist was only 7 years old, the 7,000 sq ft Immersive Gallery takes advantage of the venue’s soaring height, allowing guests to explore the historic details that have been revealed. Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Vincent van Gogh and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!

The experience will take place at 18 West Fourth Street 45202. Get directions.

Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 60 to 75 minutes.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

This event is recommended for all ages. However, please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams, and it doesn't have baby changing facilities.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.

What are the different ticket options and prices?

Tickets are sold per person. There are three ticket options:

Standard Access - includes entry to the exhibition

Adult (ages 13–64)
Child (ages 4–12)
Family Bundle (min. 4 people, of which max. 2 adults)
Senior (65+), Student (13–26), or Military - valid ID required

VIP Access - includes entry to the experience, entry to the VR experience* with skip-the-line, and a "Starry Night" poster.

VIP Adult (ages 13+)
VIP Child (ages 4–12)

Group Bundle - for parties of 15+ people. Includes standard access admission at a 10% discount per ticket.

Ticket prices will start at $34.90 for adults and $19.90 for children.
Free entry for children under 4 years old.

*For Standard Access only ticket holders, entry to the VR experience can be purchased separately on-site.

Can I purchase VR tickets on-site?

Yes, any attendee can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site, but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access to it.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out as long as you contact us within 48hrs prior to your scheduled ticket. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Do you offer group discounts?

For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.

For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are highly encouraged within the experience for everyone, though they are not mandatory.

Are there any specific COVID-19 rules to attend this experience?

As official local health guidelines evolve regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, we may enforce vaccinations and/or require masks. To attend this experience mask use will not be mandatory nor COVID-19 vaccination will be required to attend the experience. Regardless, we highly encourage all attendees to wear masks.

What should I wear to Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?

Since the experience typically lasts around one hour we recommend comfortable shoes, there is however no dress code - whatever makes you feel comfortable to ensure that you can fully enjoy the experience!
