We've been banging on about 'Van Gogh: The Immersive Show’ for what feels like forever. With good reason! The retina-battering, virtual-reality post-Impressionist extravaganza that's taken up residence at 106 Commercial Street has all the qualities needed to make it a post-pandemic smash. What can I expect from Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?

Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Vincent van Gogh and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!

The event will take place at Propyard on 39-46 Feeder Rd, Bristol, BS2 0SE. Get directions.

Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 60 to 75 minutes.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes.

Will there be a cloakroom?

No.

Does the venue include bar/cafe services?

Our amazing venue located at Propyard offers superb cafe and bar services and an in-house kitchen run by Jafra and Pizzarova.

Can I eat or drink inside of the exhibition?

With the exception of water, no food nor drinks are allowed during and inside the exhibition.

This event is recommended for all ages. Also, we have baby changing facilities.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Is there Parking on site?

Parking is available but restricted to blue badge holders.
There is another parking at Fruit Market 10 mins down the road. £5 per vehicle per day, Card and Cash. Temple Meads Station is also available, details here.

Official tickets for Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience in Bristol can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

What are the different ticket options and prices?

Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket options:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday:

Family Pass: 2 adults + 2 children

VIP Access - Includes entry to the exhibition, entry to the VR experience with skip-the-line, and a Starry Night poster.

Can I purchase VR tickets on-site?

Yes, any attendee can purchase tickets for the VR experience on-site, but only VIP tickets will benefit from priority access to it.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out with at least 48h. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Do you offer group discounts?

For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.

Do carers have free entry to the experience?

Yes, absolutely!
