What can I expect from Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience?
Discover a new way to enjoy the works of Vincent van Gogh and immerse yourself in the artist's masterpieces at this 360-degree, digital show. Expect digital displays, sound effects, projection mapping and much more!
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Exhibition Hub, Atlanta Art Center (5660 Buford Hwy NE). Get directions.
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 60 to 75 minutes.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There are third-party food vendors near the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be an opportunity to buy exclusive merchandise at the experience.
ACCESS
Is this a kid-friendly environment?
This event is recommended for all ages. However, please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams, and it doesn't have baby changing facilities.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may be required to wait until there is space in the following times slots.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Can I smoke or vape?
No, smoke or vaping is not permitted.
Is alcohol permitted at the experience?
No, alcohol is not permitted.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms will be available.
What do I do if I have any questions about accessibility / special accommodations?
The Van Gogh exhibition is accessible to wheelchairs. Please contact us and we will advise on how we can best assist you.
TICKETS
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience in Atlanta can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
What are the different ticket options and prices?
Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket options:
Standard Access - includes entry to the exhibition
- Adult (ages 13+)
- Child (ages 4 - 12)
- Senior (65+), Student (13–26), or Military - valid ID required
- Family Bundle (min. 4 people, of which max. 2 adults)
- Group Bundle (min. 9 people)
VIP Access - includes entry to the experience, entry to the VR experience* with skip-the-line + a poster
- VIP Adult (ages 13+)
- VIP Child (4 -12)
- VIP Senior (65+), Student (13–26), or Military - valid ID required
Ticket prices will start at $29.90 for adults and $17.90 for children.
Free entry for children under 4 years old.
*For Standard Access only ticket holders, entry to the VR experience can be purchased separately on-site.
Can I purchase VR tickets?
Yes, Standard Access ticket holders can purchase tickets for the VR experience here or on-site ($5.00/person). VIP Access tickets already include the VR experience and will benefit from priority access to it.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out with at least 48h. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
If you can't make it to the session you booked, simply open the app and check your ticket. If your ticket permits rescheduling, you'll be able to pick a different date and time within the ticket section of the app.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I make a group booking or book a private event?
We offer special pricing for schools, educational groups (10+ people) and large groups (25+ people). We also offer private bookings. Please reserve your tickets here.
For groups with fewer than 25 people seeking regular tickets (not private), please purchase tickets directly on Fever.
MISCELLANEOUS
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Are there any specific COVID-19 rules to attend this experience?
As official local health guidelines evolve regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, we may enforce vaccinations and/or require masks. To attend this experience mask use will not be mandatory nor COVID-19 vaccination will be required to attend the experience. Regardless, we highly encourage all attendees to wear masks.
Large Groups
Do you offer a group discount?
For groups under 25 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 25, please fill the groups form.
Is there a minimum of attendees for the booking?
